Consequent on the progress made and appreciation of our contributions to the growth and improvement in the Revenue Assets of the Health Industry, attempts were made to formalize the Company with the creation of a Board to drive the next phase of the growth and expansion for the Company. The following were thus appointed;<\/p>\n

Mr. Adesegun Ogunlewe – Chairman<\/h1>\n

He was unanimously appointed in October 2014 as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr Ogunlewe was until his retirement from active service, the Head of Service(HOS), Lagos State Civil Service and had been credited with bringing in innovations into the Public Service for efficiency. He is married with Children.<\/p>\n

Mr. Ogundare Lawal – Director<\/h1>\n

He is a Mechanical Engineer. He has been a pioneer director since 2011. Mr. Lawal had a successful career in the Private Sector (Manufacturing Sector). He was the Managing Director of DN Meyer Paints Plc for many years before he was subsequently appointed the Managing Director of Berger Paints Nigeria Plc. He is married with Children.<\/p>\n

Mr. Adeleke Atekoja – Managing Director\/ CEO<\/h1>\n

He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience. He was at various times in Professional Audit and Revenue Generation Audit. He resigned as a Director from Ogun State Civil Service before setting up the Company, Megalek Nigeria Limited. He is Married with Children.<\/p>\n

Mr. Tope Adefokun – Divisional CEO<\/h1>\n

He is a graduate of Pure & Applied Mathematics from the University of Lagos. A serial innovator, who is passionate about building businesses into excellence by attracting intelligent and productive team of experts.
